Should you wish to nominate someone for election to the Society Committee, please ensure that the person so nominated is willing to accept the nomination and that the Nomination Form is duly seconded. With regard to any other AGM agenda items, please note that the constitution requires these to be submitted to the Hon. Secretary three days in advance of the meeting.
